The #SpringFestival, or Chinese Lunar New Year, is by all accounts special for Pamela Tobey, Visual Director of Beijing Review. Four years ago, Tobey, a former visual reporter at the Washington Post, moved with her husband Rick Dunham, who works at Tsinghua University leading a global business journalism program, from Washington, D.C. to Beijing.
